Your monthly membership starts immediately from when your first monthly subscription is paid.

Your membership is personal to you and cannot transfer to another person.

Memberships are not refundable or transferable.

You can cancel your membership at anytime by contacting us direct. You will still be able to attend any classes booked up to the date in that month when your memberships ends. (i.e. if you started your membership on the 15th of a month your last day of membership will be the following 14th ).

If you are paying for a class individually, the class must be booked online and the fee paid to the instructor before the class commences.

If you find you are unable to attend a class you must cancel it as soon as possible on the booking system or by contacting us.

Personal Training sessions are booked directly with your choice of Personal Trainer and agreed payment is paid direct to them and not to Warrior Fitness Studios.

The chosen PT will discuss with you any training plans, nutrition plans, health and safety requirements etc. before commencement of any training.

If you are unable to attend a PT session this must be cancelled with the Personal Trainer direct who will have advised you of their cancellation policy before commencing your sessions.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gym equipment unless supervised by a qualified Personal Trainer and accompanied by a parent or guardian.

On joining Warrior Fitness Studios, attending one of our classes or beginning Personal Training for the first time you will be requested to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q)
and read a Health Commitment Statement (HCS). These will be renewed/completed every 12 months.
